Just when you think you have it figured out, there's a pandemic, ya know? It's been a wild few weeks, that's for sure.
In light of everything going on, I've decided to make some changes of my own. Innovate or die.
First, I'm going to try blogging more often. Regardless of readership, I think it's a valuable outlet for me. I'll try to keep things succinct, I promise.
Second, I'm going to try to design more stickers. Hubbs is a teacher, and with all his kids learning from home, I thought sticker sheets would cheer everyone up a bit?
Third, I would like to release some patterns. For free! I have over a decade's worth of patterns running around, now seems like the perfect time to share them with the world.
Forth, my design-work is going to change a bit. You may see me pull away from designing for strictly-children. You may see me making things that aren't even fabric. I would like to open myself up to new mediums when the mood strikes, to really push the limits of 'practical making.'
Finally, I've decided I am going to push my work harder on IG. My feed has been a coy attempt at broadcasting, and that's just not going to get the bills paid. So, the logical next step is hustling!
